    About the role The Operations Director will be responsible for delivering effective financial, human resource, IT and administrative management services for the Timor-Leste Program. This position will provide strong leadership to technical teams in-country and play an integral role in developing the professional and management skills of national staff in collaboration with the Finance, Human Resource and IT managers and other senior management in-country.
    The Operations Director will work closely with the Senior Management Team in-country on the development and delivery of Save the Children's program strategy in Timor-Leste.
