CONSULTANCY FOR REVIEWING SUCO DDR PLANS (RE-ADS)

ChildFund Timor-Leste is looking to hire a Consultancy for Reviewing Suco DDR Plans to:

• Work in close coordination and consultation with the ChildFund Timor Leste DRR program Officer and NGO Fraterna DRR project team to ensure successful delivery of this assignment;
• Travel to Lautem to meet with Fraterna team and selected SDMCs and collect raw information from hazard risk assessments conducted in 8 Suco, access draft documents for all 8 Suco DRR plans, take GPS maps in the project sites and other documents relevant to successful completion of this assignment;
• Review/formatting 8 Suco DRR plans, incorporate infographic and project site maps using a preferred template or adapt ChildFund /PLAN International existing Suco DRR plan template. The consultant will use GPS to obtain accurate Suco geographic / project site maps.
• Ensure transfer of technical skills to the project staff around documentation of Hazard risk assessment and use of infographic as possible.
